RETURNS AND REFUNDS

NO RETURNS ARE MADE ON ANY ITEMS DURING SALES AND SPECIAL PROMOTION PERIODS.

Pursuant to art. 52 of Legislative Decree 206/2005, as amended by Legislative Decree 21/2014, you can withdraw from the Conditions and therefore from the purchase contract for any reason, without the need to provide reasons and without any penalty, within 14 (fourteen ) working days from the date of receipt of the products.

In case of withdrawal you will have to send the products back to our warehouses within 14 (fourteen) days of the withdrawal itself.

The goods must be returned intact, complete with all their parts and in their original packaging, and UNUSED.

If the items arrive damaged or defective, promptly report the defect to us WITHIN 1 DAY OF DELIVERY by writing an email to infoshop@migmotocustom.com attaching detailed photos. We are not responsible for reports received more than 2 days after delivery of the product.

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer .

Following our checks, a VOUCHER will be issued in your favor for the amount of the items paid, net of any additional shipping costs pursuant to the art. 56, paragraph 2, of Legislative Decree 21/14, within 14 (fourteen) days of withdrawal.

The voucher will be valid for 3 months and can be used on any item on sale on our site.
